Olmedillo de Roa

This rather splendid town is surrounded by immense cultivated fields and vineyards. It has a noteworthy layout and an elegant popular architecture. From a considerable distance it is possible to see the silhouette of the parish church of the Asunción de Nuestra Señora, which has a Gothic upper end, naves with Renaissance forms, a fine entrance and exquisite Baroque towers, dating back to the first half of the 17th century. Our visit will also include the hermitage of the Virgen de Basardilla.
